In this newly created position, you will be responsible for creating our strategic roadmap for organisation wide learning across the APAC region.

Reporting to the Group General Manager of People, and working alongside key stakeholders you will design, develop and implement learning solutions which build employee capability, improve operational performance, embed workplace culture and protect the safety of our teams.

You are a dynamic learning expert, comfortable designing and facilitating (virtual and classroom style) across a broad range of teams within a Support Office, Retail Stores and Warehouse environments.

**THE ROLE**:

- L&D / OD strategy development, implementation, and measurement
- Design and develop customised training programs using instructional design methodology to create successful learning and onboarding outcomes / experiences
- LMS Design, Implementation, and platform management
- Source and collaborate with external learning partners to deliver learning solutions/outcomes
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify needs, recommend solutions and provide tailored learning and eLearning programs which support capability for future workforce requirements
- Ensure governance and controls are in place to measure and monitor compliance initiatives.
- Assist with training calendar communication, scheduling management and annual training register compliance

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- 10+ years’ experience within Retail (designing and facilitation) corporate learning programs, across Leadership, Management and frontline teams.
- Proven collaborator - builds partnerships across a wide group of internal and external stakeholders and able to balance competing interests/priorities
- Proven ability to develop, design and partner with P&C Business Partners to deliver Organisation Design initiatives.
- Understanding of L&D methodologies and delivery channels
- Excellent verbal and written communicator - conveys clear understanding, tailoring messages to audiences, delivers impactful presentation and can facilitate conversations leaving teams feeling motivated and empowered.
- Proactive self-starter - with a passion for driving business change within a fast paced, growing house of Retail brands.
