Requisition ID: 28652- Job Location(s): Rowville, AUDanfoss is seeking an enthusiastic **Sales Support Specialist** to establish and maintain good relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking complete responsibility for each customer account as assigned. You will ensure that all customers’ requirements and needs are completely met while upholding the company vision and mission. Extreme tact, sensitivity and professionalism are necessary as you will have daily contact with customers and will be a direct influence on their satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.
- Support the business with the planning and procurement of materials
- Creating Purchase Orders-Intercompany/Local vendors & Subcontracting, and Inbounds as required
- Maintaining & Creating Material Master record in SAP
- Support the DCS sales team with the preparation of quotations and assist with Project Management of orders
- Follow up/Expedite orders with factory to meet business needs as well as assist in stock review & Inventory Management as per business requirement
- Demand Planning based on forecast from Sales and assist in audit/stocktake process
- Working closely with logistics to determine the most economical material & shipping method and streamline freight
- Arranging all necessary shipping documentation and maintain customer complaint database for HEX
- Prepare and maintain appropriate customer records and files of activities including Customer Master Data
- Support with Sales reports for business review and analysis
- Fulfill job responsibilities aligned with given KPI's and other duties from time to time

**Background & Skills**:

- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Customer orientated and service minded
- Ability to work with all levels throughout the organization
- Good time management and able to meet time constraints
- Commercial and Logistics Business acumen
- Professional appearance and work standard
- Computer literate (including SAP & Microsoft Office software)
