**Role**

In this role you will have full authority and autonomy of your accounts and clients. You will be working with a core group of clients and have the opportunity to get to know them and build a genuine rapport with them. You will also have the full support of the team and the team leaders to ensure win win outcomes

**Duties**
- Account management on a varied portfolio
- Collections on overdue accounts
- Negotiation of payment terms
- Review of existing agreements and amending when necessary
- Ensuring compliance adherence
- Reporting on your portfolio
- Adhoc duties as requested

**Skills and Experience Required**

Key to your success in this role will be your strong customer service focus, in addition you will also require the following:

- Previous experience working in a contact center environment
- Experience working in a customer service or collections / hardship role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A fantastic attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work autonomously in a team environment
- The ability to build rapport with both internal and external customers
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think outside the box
