**Responsibilities**:

- Set up fruits, and machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
- Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed, temp)
- Test operation of machines periodically
- Fix issues that might occur during the shift
- Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
- Operate packing machinery as required and instructed
- Case packing according to the set KPI targets
- Responsible for managing all work according to packing schedule
- Responsible for order packing accuracy & traceability (best before dates, labelling etc)
- Follow hygiene policies and procedures
- Other tasks as required

**Desirable Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a machine operator
- Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools
- Understanding of production procedures
- Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
- Good level of fitness with the ability to undertake physical and repetitive work as follows (but not limited to):
Heavy lifting up to 20kg

Stand for long periods of time

Work in a fast-paced environment
