About the role

In this role you will:
Lead and manage the planning, documentation, scheduling, and implementation of the Aurion project.
Introduce the use of new Aurion employee self-service (ESS) modules to enhance the efficiency of payroll activities.
Analyse current establishment and payroll processes (including the workflows and the associated delegations) to identify the need for change and transition to alternative processes.
Monitor and report on project progress and manage associated project risks.
Prepare briefing notes and present at committee meetings to explain and seek approval for changes.
Liaise with internal and external project stakeholders through consultation, planning and implementation.
Coordinate testing of new ESS modules and functionality.
