**Role Details**:
We’re looking for a Junior 3D Visualiser to join our Visy Retail Services division. Based in Dandenong South, you will work closely with our Senior Communications Designer and Lead Graphic Designer to create accurate 3D models, textures, and lighting for a variety of retail products.

You’ll have the chance to showcase your creative flair by designing realistic scenes and producing high-quality images and videos to support our marketing materials. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow in 3D design, where you will be responsible for developing engaging, photo-realistic visual content that brings our products to life.

This role is based in Dandenong South, Melbourne, reporting to the Marketing Manager, with working hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm and a hybrid working arrangement (2 days from home, 3 days in the office).

**What you’ll do**:

- Create accurate 3D models, textures, and lighting for retail products.
- Develop realistic scenes to showcase products in marketing and educational materials.
- Produce high-quality images and videos for various platforms.
- Work closely with the Senior Communications Designer and Lead Graphic Designer to bring creative ideas to life.
- Maintain 3D assets and video files, adhering to version control and organization best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and continuously refine your 3D design and rendering skills.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Technical proficiency with 3D modelling software such as Cinema4D, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating photo-realistic visuals.
- Ability to work with lighting, textures, and creating realistic 3D environments.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of 3D design and CGI.
