**The role**
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Communications Manager to manage the Trade portfolio. You will be a key contributor to the strategic marketing strategy, development, and execution of store marketing programs across all retail stores in Australia and New Zealand. You will develop and implement trade marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, growth in channel traffic, conversion and transaction values.

Key responsibilities of the Communications Manager:

- Manage the Stores Value Proposition, with significant input into elements of the CVP execution.
- Design and lead the store’s sales & marketing activity alongside the promotional program and execution across the store network.
- Design the store and wider communications strategy
- Develop branding guidelines
- Own and develop shopper research insights

**Skills & Experience**
The Communications Manager must have:

- 5 years’ + commercial experience in a transferable role
- Experience developing communication strategies for marketing campaigns
- You will have developed branding guidelines
- Experience managing a team
- Ideally a background in hard goods and soft goods within the industrial space
- but this isn't essential.
- Experience in the B2B, Manufacturing, Hardware or Industrial space
- Experience using Powerpoint and Excel is a necessity for this role
