Go Kids Play is on the lookout for a passionate, reliable, and hardworking Barista/Front of House team member to join our vibrant team We’re seeking someone who not only delivers high-quality coffee and customer service but also takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain a tidy workspace
- Open and close the store in line with company policies and procedures
- Follow all company operational standards

**Essential Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a barista
- Solid understanding of coffee-to-water ratios, grind size, and brewing methods
- Proficient in milk steaming and texturing with consistent results
- Confident in operating and maintaining espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment

- Coffee brewing expertise
- Milk steaming and texturing
- Equipment cleaning and basic maintenance
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail for drink consistency and presentation

**Availability Requirements**:

- Must be available **Tuesday to Friday**, **8:30am - 3:30pm**:

- **Weekend availability** is essential
- Basic BOH (Back of House) knowledge is a bonus
