**Position**:Handyman

**Job Responsibilities：**
- **Daily Maintenance and Repairs**: Responsible for daily equipment maintenance and repair work, including office hardware and software and storefront facility maintenance.
- **Equipment Installation and Facility Maintenance**:Regularly inspect equipment and facilities, identify problems, and perform preventive maintenance; responsible for the installation, setup, and maintenance of equipment, ensuring that all maintenance, repair, and installation work meets safety standards and protects the safety of employees and equipment.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond quickly and handle various urgent repair needs to ensure normal operations in the office and restaurant.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**: Contact and coordinate with external professional repair services as needed to ensure timely problem resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience & Skills**: Previous handyman/maintenance experience or a related field preferred, or background in construction work.
- **Legal Requirements**:Must have working rights for Australia.
- **Communication**: Fluency in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with restaurant staff and company employees.
- **Personal Qualities**: Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking, excellent manual dexterity, and high execution efficiency.
- **Driving License**:Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive.

**Working hours**:09:00 am - 5:30 pm.

**Annual salary**:Negotiable**.**

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
