**About the Division/Branch**

The _Best Start, Best Life_ reforms include the introduction of 15 hours per week of Three-Year-Old Kindergarten by 2029 and the transition of Four-Year-Old Kindergarten to Pre-Prep, a universal 30-hour-a-week program of play-based learning available to every four-year-old child in Victoria.

The Service Delivery and Change Management branch is part of Kindergarten Expansion and Pre-Prep Reform (KEPPR) and works collaboratively across the Early Childhood Education group, the Department and with the Early Childhood Education sector to:

- Undertake place-based service delivery and monitoring,
- Lead change management strategy, engagement and resources,
- Plan and deliver Early Years Learning Networks and Early Learning Leadership Forums, and
- Deliver Kinder Kits.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Early Childhood Education Group to make a lasting contribution in a growing policy space.

**About the Role**

The Service Delivery and Change Management branch has an opportunity for a Project Officer (**fixed-term** **until 30 July 2027**) to join the Change Management team. The team delivers practical change management supports for the sector that that they can successfully implement the Best Start, Best Life reforms. You will play a key support role in the team which is delivering initiatives to support implementation of early childhood reforms.
