**About the Role**
- **Talent** **Strategy** **Development** -Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs, develop recruitment strategies, and establish talent pipelines for current and future roles.
- **Data and Metrics** - Track and analyse key recruitment metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, source of hire, etc.) and provide insights to improve processes and strategies.
- **Employer Branding -** Contribute to employer branding initiatives by representing the company at job fairs, university events, and through digital channels.

**Your Experience**
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related field.
- Experience in Financial Services of FinTech is preferred.
- Experience in recruiting across APAC is preferred
- Experience with recruitment tools.
- Experience in Workday is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
