**The Role**:
This role is responsible for the production of all Termination payments including, but not limited to leave cash outs, LSL reconciliations, Redundancies, Deed of releases and final payments.

The role requires strong payroll process and legislative knowledge with an ability to communicate objectively with payroll staff and management.

A key part of this role will be finding and reporting on issues and developing a cadence with regards to raising them with Payroll Compliance Terminations Lead.

The role whist initially may focus on one payroll will be required to work across both SAP and Express HR within due course.
- 6+ years end to end payroll experience
- Specific experience in processing large scale termination Payments
- End to end Payroll experience essential including LSL calculations, Redundancy and Terminations
