Debt Management Consultant

Bankstown, Australia Debt Negotiators Full time

As a Debt Management Consultant, you will be required to manage a large portfolio of clients to assist them with guidance on how to best manage their debts and provide them with solutions to take control of their financial situation with the aim of becoming debt free.

**This includes**:

- Completing a financial assessment and providing possible options
- Assisting clients with inbound and outbound enquiries
- Ensuring an outstanding level of customer service is met
- Keeping up to date and adhering to compliance and legislative requirements
- Meeting monthly KPI targets whilst ensuring high quality of work and attention to detail
- Ability to meet strict deadlines whilst representing the company in an ethical manner
- Rotating roster between the hours of 9am - 7pm Monday to Friday

**Key Skills and Attributes**:

- At least 12 month’s experience in office/customer service role
- Previous experience in portfolio management is highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the desire to learn quickly
- MUST be able to demonstrate empathy, patience and understanding to clients
- Driven with dedicated work ethic and positive can-do attitude
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft open suite (in particular outlook, word and excel)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Shift work
