This
**highly regarded Global Investment Manager** is seeking an experienced Investment Co-ordinator/
**Team Assistant to assist a small Institutional Distribution team, **with a mixture of administrative and technical investment support.

You will be
**the primary support person** within this busy and high performing team, and as such, your ability to effectively communicate to a variety of different audiences would be paramount. This is a
**broad and varied role** which will focus on day to day, PA style tasks, as well as being relied upon to produce sophisticated presentations, reports and co-ordinate appropriate materials for meetings through a variety of sources relating to the investment process.

**Your role will include a diverse mix of**:

- PA/Team Assistant duties - travel, diary management, global agendas, expenses, correspondence, attendance at events etc.
- Managing information flow - co-ordinating materials for meetings, being a point of contact for clients and global peers and investment professionals
- Compiling, creating and maintaining reports, databases and charts including meeting packs
- General office/admin support within this boutique style team - assisting to ensure that the office is supported if the Office Manager is not around

**To be considered for this position you should be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience;**
- A proven amount of experience in a similar role within the Investment industry
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to manage daily tasks is critical.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow through skills are a must.
- Good interpersonal skill as the position requires daily contact with Portfolio Managers, Analysts, Associates, Corporate Executives and Brokers
- Assertive and self motivated
- Strong problem solving ability and time management skills
- Advanced MS Powerpoint, Intermediate MS Word and MS Excel
