Australasian Fresh is a well established food manufacturing business in Tottenham west of Melbourne. The business has been operating for 30 years and is continually growing producing food for high profile customers Australia wide. Quality and Food Safety are paramount and we pride ourselves on innovation and presentation.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Operate food machinery (preferable pasta machine) from start to stop including cleaning
- Follow detailed recipes & specifications
- Package finished product
- Handle heavy weight
- General Cleaning
- Be interested in learning about food industry.

Shifts available:
Mornings 5.00 am - 1.30 pm 5 days

Mid 10am - 6.30 pm 5 days

Afternoons 1 pm - 9.30 pm 5 days.

Monday to Friday. Subject to Trial
- Ability to trouble shoot
- Have proven food industry experience minimum 2 years
- Be physically fit for lifting 20 kg.
- Be a team player with a strong work ethic
- Hands On
- Follow clear directions

You must have machinery experience to be successful.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
