**About Us**:At Hacienda, we take pride in offering a delightful range of fresh handmade Mexican inspired dishes, fast paced food service, an extensive wine list, and seasonal cocktails alongside a bustling daytime coffee trade. Our venue is situated in southbank, on the river, providing a lively and engaging atmosphere for our patrons.

**Role Overview**:As our Retail manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing service standards while ensuring smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Staff Management**: Supervise and coordinate restaurant & retail staff activities to optimise efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, delivering exceptional service at all times.
- **Operational Oversight**: Oversee restaurant & retail operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- **Training and Development**: Onboard new staff and provide ongoing training and development to existing team members.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor and improve the quality of food, drinks and service to ensure a consistently high standard.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the kitchen staff and Head Chef to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- **Experience**:Diploma of hospitality management plus one years’ experience or 3 years experience as a cafe, restaurant or fast food manager.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, people management, customer service, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with food safety and handling regulations.
- **Passion**: A genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a dedication to providing a remarkable dining experience.

Pay: $73,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
