The main responsibilities are:

- Investigate and implement a preventative maintenance program.
- Supervision of Maintenance employees
- Rostered overtime in line with the Preventative Maintenance program
- Ensure availability for after-hours Standby roster
- Organisation and prioritization of daily and weekend tasks
- General plant and machinery repairs
- Monitoring of equipment performance
- Compliance with OH&S policies and procedures and maintaining accurate records
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records
- Always ensure workshop cleanliness and tidiness
- Carry out other tasks and roles as required as a team member to meet company objectives and ensure policies are adhered to

- Considers all facts and alternatives with an open mind, consulting on alternative options, decisions, and implications of possible alternatives where appropriate in an enthusiastic and energetic manner.
- Able to establish and maintain constructive relationships with people at all levels, strengthening relationships both internally and externally through collaboration, engagement, consultation, and communication
- Performs all duties and requirements in a professional, consistent, timely, and reliable manner
- Is team focused; participates in building harmonious and positive alliances with relevant internal and external professional contacts.
- Good computer skills with the capacity to prepare the required reports.

**Salary**: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
