Our client is an agency who's management team spans over 150 years and has a superior reputation in Melbourne. They have a supportive team with a fantastic office space located in the South East.

**About the role**:
Building good relationships is key to this position, and maintaining a solid rapport with clients is paramount to being a successful Manager.

The successful applicant for this role will manage a well-maintained portfolio of buildings. Responsibilities will include but not limited to;
- Preparing agendas and minutes for OC meetings and AGMs
- Processing Owners Corporation Certificates
- Maintenance quotes
- Database management
- Reporting
- Drafting letters
- Issue of work orders
- Build strong relationships

**About You**:

- Proven knowledge and experience as an OC Manager or a strong assistant stepping up
- Knowledge of the Owners Corporations Act 2006
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with figures and larger multiple aspect budgets
- Good time management skills

Your previous industry and administrative experience coupled with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic will ensure success in this dynamic role.
