We are currently experiencing strong and unprecedented growth across the business and are now recruiting experienced management professionals to continue spearheading and championing our high performing DES consulting team.
**Job Description**:

With your level of professionalism and memorable smile, you have the ability to build rapport and network with key stakeholders. As a Job Coach, you will responsible for the placement of clients living with disability, injury or health condition into work or education.
Reporting to the Service manager, you will be responsible for:
- Encouraging and motivating clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
- Building relationships with local employers to source vacant jobs for your clients;
- Reverse marketing of your clients into jobs;
- Placing participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes; and
- Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements.
**You will have**:
- Experience in providing support, information and referrals to
- people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to achieve sales targets and excellent customer service.
- Learn new computer systems quickly and a Microsoft Office star.
- Highly developed negotiation skills/case management experience.
