**CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER**

We are actively seeking a highly driven and results focused Client Relationship Manager to join our team. While a background in a similar area is great, we encourage those from a manufacturing / warehousing / logistics or trades and construction background to read on.

**The Position**:
The Client Relationship Manager will be expected to build and maintain client relationships, strike rapport and have a professional approach to managing contracts.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Operational and delivery support for the branch.
- New client enquiries and setting up new client accounts including award interpretation/rates, quotes, terms of trading, and servicing procedures.
- Achieving calling activity and marketing strategies within your designated territory, including cold-calling, client visits and attending networking events.
- Engaging with existing and previous clients, with a focus of brand exposure.
- Partnering with clients to identify the various HR challenges and providing them with a suitable solution based on our suite of HR services and products (including permanent and temporary recruitment).
- Working with Consultants to manage client expectations, include filling vacancies for clients.
- Working towards weekly targets to help you achieve your goals.
- OH&S / WHS Workplace Site Inspections and Toolbox talks.

**About You**:
Working in our Bendigo Branch - you will be part of a small team. You will be able to show experience within a Business 2 Business sales role.
- You will confidently engage with people at all levels and convert opportunities into new business.
- Your strong work ethic, drive for success and energetic attitude will ensure your targets are met and your clients are satisfied.
- Ideally, you will have come from an industry such as warehouse / manufacturing / logistics, Transport, Construction or Trades.
- Possess drive and enthusiasm.
