Located in the small beachside town of Kioloa, wake up to the sounds of the waves crashing with mere footsteps between you and the beach at Ingenia Holidays Merry Beach. The caravan or camping experience you’ll find here is the definition of beachfront, with the choice of sites directly on Merry Beach itself for uninterrupted water views.

**About the role**

We are looking for a Guest Experience Officer to join our Holiday Park team. This role will be critical in supporting a seamless front of house experience, ensuring positive and engaging interactions with our guests. This position is a casual position with essential weekend availability.

**Responsibilities**
- Welcome every guest to Ingenia Holidays, explaining the park / resort, surrounding area, guest amenities and park activities
- Actively sell and promote Ingenia Holidays as the ideal holiday destination by sharing the unique story of your park
- Direct guest check in and check out and attend to general receptionist duties following correct procedures
- Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times
- Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problems

**About You**
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar role / industry
- Computer literate using Microsoft Suite and booking software
- Passionate about the tourism industry with a strong sales ability
- Team player, strong attention to detail and well organised worker
