**What we’re looking for**
Due to ongoing business growth, we are looking for a confident Storeperson to join our team on a permanent basis.

This opportunity would suit a diligent team player keen to learn new skills while looking to progress their career.

**The role**
In this role, you will be on the go for most of the date, on your feet being involved in all the day-to-day store and warehouse operations, including (but not limited to):

- Daily cycle counting and inventory management, ensuring all goods are receipted in the system and stored correctly
- Managing warranty and quality enquiries, including resolution with customers
- Picking and packing orders for dispatch
- Unloading and loading courier deliveries
- Ensuring all orders are dispatched accurately and promptly
- Guaranteeing the warehouse is kept clean and tidy at the end of each shift
- Some order processing and invoicing
- Ad-hoc duties around the branch as required
- HOURS: 8:30-5:00pm (Monday to Thursday) / 8:30-4:30pm (Fri)

**What you’ll need to succeed**
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, so your ability to use common sense and work well in a team must be second to none. To be successful in this role, you will:

- Be enthusiastic about kick-starting your career in a warehousing position. If you bring demonstrated experience working in similar stores and warehousing positions, this will be a bonus
- Be results driven with high attention to detail
- Have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Be excellent at managing your own time and a real ‘self-starter’
- Strong team player
- Have a valid class-c Australian driver's licence - is a MUST have
- Have a forklift license - a NICE to have
- Be computer literate, with the ability to quickly learn a new computer system.
- Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately)
