**Position Description**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Undertake implementation duties as required
- Gather the necessary information to assist in the implementation and integration of the software into client systems
- Investigate operating system level issues
- Conduct the necessary remote customer support to investigate and resolve problems and client enquiries effectively and speedily
- Write and modify MS SQL Server and T-SQL statements
- Resolve desktop and server related issues including Virus scanners, firewalls and configuring IIS
- Train customers remotely or onsite, in the use of Global Health’s software
- Availability to travel when required
- Assist with departmental clerical duties as required
- To work according to the Company’s policies and procedures
- Report any information security incident or issue at work
- Communicating the importance of effective information security management and of conforming to the Information Security Management System requirements.
- Monitors and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of infrastructure service delivery methods and procedures.
- Database administrations tasks.
- Other duties as require

**Requirements**:

- High attention to detail with mínimal errors when carrying out tasks
- High competency in carrying out multiple tasks simultaneously
- Speedy and effective identification and resolution of technical issues
- Excellent customer service leading to high customer satisfaction
- Successful and on-time implementations
- High level of organization and time management
- High level of compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Support Analyst: 2 years (preferred)
- Project implementation: 1 year (preferred)
- SQL: 1 year (preferred)
