We are looking for an Implementation Analyst to join our amazing team. The Implementation Team is responsible for the implementation of technology infrastructure into our Stores and Distribution Centre's. **What you'll be doing**:
As a
**Implementation Analyst **in our
** **team you will be responsible for the Implementation of IT equipment to sites as follows:

- New, Closing, Refits & Downsize stores
- AMC's (IT Hardware Adds, Moves & Changes)
- LCM (Life Cycle Management)
- New technology rollout and exciting projects
- Hardware maintenance, admin and governance
- Maintain detailed implementation procedures
- Maintain technology baseline documentation
- Co-ordinate internal and external resources to meet project schedules

**To be successful in this role you'll have**:

- You have previous Project coordination experience
- You ideally have technical experience or background: Hardware knowledge or trouble shooting
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- You possess a great understanding of being customer centric
