The Brand |

This brand is a progressive multi-brand womenswear fashion retailer who are the home of Australian contemporary and designer fashion. They are proud to showcase some of Australia’s leading Womenswear brands in their unique and immersive retail spaces and pride themself on providing an exceptional customer experience. Based in Sydney, they are looking a passionate Boutique Experience Manager for their Double Bay Boutique.

The Role |

The role of the Boutique Experience Manager is to lead, nurture and inspire the customer journey and experience within the boutique. You will have an understanding of, and experience in creating a premium customer service experience and the ability to lead from the front, genuinely inspiring your team to have a customer centric mindset in order to create longlasting client relationships. You will:

- Deliver exceptional customer experience, and exemplify a passionate approach to the brand and customer experience
- Lead, train and develop your team of stylists to provide exceptional, authentic and genuine customer service that is inline with the brand’s core values
- Be accountable for the team’s comprehensive understanding of brand, product knowledge, store presentation and customer experience and service standards
- Build and maintain the VIP client base and assist with developing and executing company strategies to engage, build and grow a loyal customer base within the boutique
- Take pride in maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the products, brands and industry trends.

The Skillset |
- You will have experience leading and executing a customer service strategy
- You will be a natural leader committed to inspiring, motivating and up-skilling your team
- You will be able to identify opportunities within the customer journey, structure and presentation of the Boutique.
- You will have a proven ability to drive strong sales results and deliver a store with an exceptional level of customer service
- Available to work a Tuesday - Saturday roster
