APG Workforce are currently seeking a
**WHS Coordinator** to oversee our clients operations - Baiada Steggles a leading producer and manufacturer for retail markets who specialises in ready-to-eat Poultry Products.

**The Role**:

- Day Shift Hours - 7am to 4pm
- Overseeing all WHS aspects on site

This role will see you implementing, monitoring and maintaining WHS Management and Environmental Systems.
- Further developing stakeholder engagement and influence and coaching with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct site audits on Safety, Health and Environmental matters and workplace inspections
- Assist with incident and accident investigations.
- Evaluate, investigate, and gather information that will address inadequacies concerning safety, health and environmental matters relating to the specific site needs
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team with the ability to prioritise work and meet conflicting deadlines.

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Certificate IV in WHS along with demonstrated knowledge of current WHS legislation
- Competent using computers, including Microsoft Office
- Understanding of WHS and environmental hazard identification, risk assessment and control
- Excellent communication, facilitation and organisational skills
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar role
- Strong exposure to the implementation of effective and robust safety management systems.
- Return to work / Injury Management experience
