**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Our client is a successful Bayside company operating three well-established but distinct local businesses. Each entity has its own functional website however in order to prepare for future growth we are looking for a Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist to take control of their combined marketing and digital performance to enhance visibility, drive traffic and improve search rankings across all sites.

**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

- Analysing business data and the competitive market environment to identify high impact, relevant keywords to boost search ranking
- Assessing the functionality and effectiveness of their existing websites in line with those of similar competitive businesses
- Conducting full site audits to ensure websites meet search engine standards
- Undertaking backlink audits and executing appropriate link-building strategies
- Devising, implementing and measuring SEO strategies
- Regularly monitoring rankings and implementing timely changes/improvements for maximum performance
- Researching and recommending strategies to take advantage of additional marketing channels
- Measuring and improving conversion rates and customer acquisition costs
- Maintaining and improving the content and design of existing sites
- Designing and implementing a Social Media Marketing strategy including copywriting and video creation across various agreed platforms
- Providing management with regular written and verbal reports/recommendations at agreed intervals

**WHO ARE YOU?**
- expertise in the use of graphic design tools (eg Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity Designer etc)
- a sound understanding of HTML, Hubspot, CSS, CPanel and WordPress; and
- a proficiency in tools such as AHREFS/SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google ads.

- a passion for analysis and the desire to understand and act on the data acquired
- strong attention to detail and a high degree of responsibility and accountability
- a high degree of self-motivation who can work independently within a small collaborative team
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
