Human Resources Manager

**About the role**

Tango Electrical Pty Limited is seeking a talented and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our dynamic team in our Sydney office. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development. This is a full-time, permanent position.

**What you'll be doing**
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies to support the overall business objectives
- Leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Providing guidance and support to managers on employee-related matters, such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievances
- Designing and delivering training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees
- Administering employee benefits and leave programs, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster a positive and inclusive work culture

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing employee management, including tracking costs and productivity.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and training staff, along with managing related systems.
- Establishing, refining, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Designing and implementing performance management systems to assess, plan, and enhance individual and team performance.

**What we're looking for**
- 2 years of experience in HR/Recruitment
- Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of human resource management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and organisational development
- Strong understanding of relevant employment laws, HR best practices, and industry regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively collaborate with employees at all levels
- Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis, with the ability to generate insightful reports
- Proven track record of implementing HR initiatives that drive employee engagement and organisational success
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is highly desirable

Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
