**About the role**

This role forms part of DXC’s Social Impact Practice to deliver on employee engagement and wellbeing. This key role is instrumental in enabling our practice to evolve and refine our service models and offerings, with a strong focus on neurodiversity inclusion. The position will drive the development of strategic partnerships, foster community networks, and create internal resources that support both client-facing initiatives and internal staff needs. By embedding neurodiverse strategies into our practice, this role ensures we remain inclusive, innovative, and aligned with the needs of our diverse workforce and client base.

**What you will be doing**

Strategic Leadership & Culture Building:

- Champion a neuro-inclusive culture through policy reform, leadership engagement, and organisation storytelling.
- Serve as a visible advocate and thought leader on neurodiversity and cognitive inclusion.
- Represent the practice in forums, conferences, and working groups focused on neurodiversity and inclusive innovation.

Talent & Workforce Inclusion:

- Work with HR and Talent Acquisition to design inclusive hiring, onboarding, and career development pathways for neurodivergent talent.
- Undertake initiatives to reduce bias and improve accessibility in recruitment, performance management, and workplace accommodations.

Partnership and Network Building:

- Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with community organisations, advocacy groups, and industry leaders to enhance our reach and impact.
- Represent the organisation in external forums, partnerships, and industry groups focused on neurodiversity and inclusion.
- Drive social impact initiatives that support neurodivergent communities beyond the workplace and support event planning.

Engagement & Support
- Provide direct and indirect support to neurodivergent staff, including coaching, workplace adjustments, and advocacy.
- Provide coaching, training, and resources for managers and teams to foster inclusive collaboration.
- Establish and lead neurodivergent employee resource groups (ERGs) and peer support networks.

Internal Capability Building:

- Lead the review and redesign of existing service models to better incorporate neurodiverse perspectives and inclusive practices.

Collaboration:

- Work cross-functionally with HR, Learning & Development, and Practice Leads to embed inclusive practices across the organisation.
- Work with DXC Marketing to write stories, testimonials, award nominations and help with SIP calendar events.
- Work with customers and DXC for new sales opportunities

Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Define KPIs and success metrics for social impact efforts.
- Use data and feedback to continuously refine strategies and report on progress to stakeholders.
- Attend regular meetings with ISL peers, DXC teams, Research groups, and customer stakeholders.
