
Full Time Office Admin/book Keeper

We are currently located in Lidcombe NSW 2141. We have over 20 years of experience in the mobile phone industry, specializing in online, retail and wholesale mobile phones and accessories. We have both retail and online stores.
As the business expands, we are currently looking for a full time Office admin has phone knowledge who are enthusiastic, motivated and a team player to be part of our team.
**Key Tasks**:
- Process and follow up customer and supplier faulty returns/replacement/credits
- Handling B2B customer presales queries and process orders/dropship
- Data entry and paperworks filing
- Assist with inventory in and out
- Helping other admins works
- Knowledge of mobile phones/ mobile tablets is a plus
- Intermediate excel and computer skill
- Able to multitask
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be highly organised and strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Motivated with initiative to solving problems
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week
**Salary**: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
