This role is highly suited to someone who comes from a Travel consultancy background, 5 star hospitality, admin, Property Management or similar where you are seeking a new career path. They key really is relationship management, the ability to problem solve, you are organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided to set you up for success

As this role is dealing with international recruitment, you will deal with people from all over the world so a real key to this role is your relationship management and ability to understand different cultures hence your love of travel.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Manage the full recruitment process
- Travel will be required in overseas countries for bulk recruitment drives (possibly once or twice per year for 1-2 weeks at a time)
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills - previous experience in a customer service type role essential
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- High level attention to detail
- Innovative team-oriented approach
- Self-motivated and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
