We are currently looking for a Storeperson/Forklift Operator for our Dandenong warehouse. This role is responsible for assisting in daily start-up, inbound, put away, and outbound operations using manual, machine, and forklift operations. The role emphasizes adherence to occupational health and safety (OH&S) requirements, housekeeping (including 5S principles), and contributing to key business metrics such as Delivery On Time and In Full (DIFOT), Stock Accuracy (Cycle Counts), and Workplace Incidents.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, reporting incidents promptly
- Pick and cross-check customer orders, signing off picking slips
- Forklift Operation
- Load and unload transport/couriers and customer pickups, ensuring accuracy in product and documentation
- Attend and participate in toolbox meetings at the start of each shift
- Report stock discrepancies and variances to the Warehouse Supervisor
- Timely receipting and dispatching of goods
- Collaborate with all departments to achieve goals
- Maintain a safe, clean workplace, ensuring warehouse and yard are tidy
- Ensure effective time management

**To be successful you will have**:

- Demonstrate knowledge of pick packing and put away processes
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Self-driven and flexible with a positive can-do attitude
- Experience with Forklift and machine operations (min 5 years)
- Reliable and punctual
- Knowledge of SAP and/or warehouse management systems is an advantage
