As a Store Manager, you will lead the team and drive the operational and sales performance of the restaurant. You will be the heartbeat of a passionate team, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, every time.

A day in the role:

- The successful day to day operations of a new pizzeria
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers and your team
- Communicate values and business cultural expectations with the team
- Implementing and maintaining an exceptional level of customer service and restaurant presentation standards.
- Daily coaching of your team, regular staff meetings and providing feedback in group and one on one settings
- Weekly ordering, stock management and budgeting to drive sales

- Experience in a high volume, fast paced hospitality leadership position

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
