**Our Client**

Based in the Parramatta area, but purchasing property for their clients wherever there is a sound opportunity which provides growth potential, they are a membership-based model with rigorous research and over 10 years of proven success.

**Duties**

Being trained and mentored by an experienced Property Strategist, your duties will include:

- Calling through warm leads and the database to qualify potential clients
- Gain a thorough understanding of what clients are seeking to achieve through property investment
- Set and prepare for appointments
- Attend presentations (in office and in client homes)
- Educate on options available and close deals

**Specific requirements**

This company is made up of driven, passionate property professionals who have experience in guiding clients through savvy, wealth building new property purchases. You will come with the same drive and:

- A Certificate of Registration in Real Estate is essential
- Strong direct selling experience with proven results
- Be self-motivated and extremely driven to achieve results
- A clear, well-spoken communicator
- Property investment / wealth building sales experience with proven results
