At **Eden Academy Pakenham**, we are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.

Operating from 7:00am to 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 110 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

We’re on the lookout for our next wonderful **Lead Educator** — someone who’s ready to sprinkle joy, imagination, and a whole lot of heart into our Kindy rooms

If you’ve recently graduated with your **Bachelor of Early Childhood Education**, this could be the perfect place to start your journey. Recent graduates — we’d absolutely love to hear from you

You’ll have the chance to float between our lively 3 and 4 year old Kinder rooms, sharing in the giggles, stories, and learning moments each day brings. It’s a truly magical opportunity to gain hands-on experience and prepare yourself to confidently lead your very own Kindy room in the future.

**About You - Our Ideal Lead Educator**
- **Passionate** about early education, with experience delivering high-quality care and learning
- Thrives in inclusive, **nurturing environments** where every child feels seen and supported
- Committed to **empowering** children to grow as independent, curious, and resilient learners
- Brings a strong focus on **school readiness**, guiding little learners with care and intention
- Designs **engaging programs** and fosters meaningful, thought-provoking conversations
- Inspires a **lifelong love of learning** and helps lay the foundation for future success

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A **Bachelor of Education**(Early Childhood) or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
- A current Working with Children Check
- Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Full Australian working rights
- A professional, polished presence and warm approach
- A natural curiosity and **confidence when connecting with families** and the local community
- Demonstrated ability to **deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs** with heart and intention
- **Full availability to work Monday to Friday**:

- **Two professional references are required**, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
