**Change Management Officers**
Reporting to the Change Manager/s, APS6 Change Officers will:
- Co-develop change management plans and associated documentation.
- Support the development of various documents and change and engagement materials including correspondence.
- Represent the NTR project during engagement activities.
- Manage and monitor stakeholder engagement information including contact details.
- Manage and maintain team tasks and workplan.
- Promote and support communications with relevant stakeholders and internal channels.
- Provide secretariat and administrative support on relevant meetings and working groups.
**To be succesful in this role, you should have**:
- Administrative experience and skills (including secretariat support)
- Experience in developing change documentation and engagement materials
- Experience in the delivery of change and engagement activities (preferably in the APS context), with a large and diverse range of stakeholders.
**It is Desirable, if you have**:
- Familiarity with the Education and / or VET sector and experienced in working in government (Commonwealth and/or State and Territory)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Relevant qualifications in Change Management and engagement (eg: Prosci, ADKAR, ACPM or APMG Change Management Practitioner etc)
- Experienced in developing and delivering large change management program
