Join our team as an Account Executive, Seller in Sydney, Australia.

You will also have a buddy who will shadow you whilst you learn the day to day ropes of the business.

As an Account Executive You Will:
- Work with business operations on analytics across publisher supply to identify pockets of opportunity- Attend publisher WIPs - help build document to-dos, collate publisher comms to be actioned- Working closely with the Tech Ops team to manage day to day issues that arise across publisher supply- Be the conduit between tech ops, demand and business ops to ensure all publisher projects are progressing in a timely manner- Attend publisher QBRs with the team, take notes, work with your team to follow up on to dos from meeting- Working hand in hand with the buyer team to make sure all client cases are closed off and managed within a timely manner- With support of your team, account manage a particular patch of clients, ensuring high standard and task completion- 1+ years digital experience managing clients- Knowledge of the digital publisher landscape- A basic understanding of the ad-serving/DSP/SSP space- Strong customer service- Great attention to detail, and strong communication skills- The ability to identify and address issues and collate information clearly- A collaborative attitude to resolve tasks and escalate internally when needed- Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills- Be a self-starter, able to thrive and multi-task in a start-up environment- A passion to learn and grow in programmatic digital advertising landscape- A desire to learn our key publisher portfolios and business infrastructure- Critical thinking to resolve problems- Be a self-motivator to proactively recognise and address problems- Willingness to attend and be active in client meetings and presentations- Contribute positively to the team environment- Be flexible, team orientated collaborator- Have the ability to take ownership and accountability, act on objectives in a technical environment
