About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on, customer-focused team member to assist in the setup, sale, and pack-down of our fresh and cooked seafood stalls at various Brisbane markets. You’ll work closely with our small team to ensure smooth operations, excellent customer service, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with early-morning market setup and late-morning/afternoon pack-down

Serve customers, handle cash and EFTPOS transactions

Prepare and plate seafood products for sale (training provided)

Maintain cleanliness, food hygiene, and presentation standards

Restock displays and monitor product levels throughout the day

Load and unload vehicles safely with seafood stock and equipment

Support team members with general market duties as required

What We’re Looking For:
Punctual, dependable, and energetic - markets start early

Physically fit - lifting and standing for extended periods is required

Great people skills - friendly, polite, and helpful

Experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is a plus (but not essential)

Available weekends and some early mornings (typically Friday-Sunday)

Current driver's licence and/or own transport preferred

*Understanding of basic food safety (or willingness to learn)
