Part-time Bookkeeper, 2 days a week, paying up to $40 ph + Super, with WFH benefits.
**Your new company**
Our client is a successful Property Developer based in the heart of Sydney, developing properties in Sydney and overseas.
Due to growth in the business, the Financial Accountant is looking for a part-time Bookkeeper to join them, 2 days a week.
**Your new role**
Reporting to the Financial Accountant, your duties will include;Completing the billing of clients and collection and receipting of monies received- Process accounts payable invoices into Xero and pay creditors thru EFT- Assist with the resolution of client, customer, supplier issues with respect to accounts as and when required- Reconciliation of both Creditor and Debtor Accounts using Excel on a monthly basis- Get involved with the month-end requirements of journal and G/L reconciliations- Complete filing and assist in maintaining the office for supplies and maintenance
**What you'll need to succeed**
Experience and skills required;Experience working on Xero and Microsoft Office 365 would be highly desirable- Ability to ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail- Ability to communicate effectively and interact with a broad range of internal clients
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
**What you'll get in return**
The role is paying between up to $40ph + Super, depending on relevant experience
Hours of work are flexible, and WFH is offered after a qualifying period
