About the Role

We're on the lookout for a creative and driven Marketing & Sales Specialist to join our growing team on a casual or part-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week).

This role is perfect for mums or dads seeking flexible, family-friendly work that fits around school hours and family life.

You'll be a strategic thinker who knows how to connect with people, nurture meaningful relationships, and create engaging marketing campaigns. Creativity and innovation are key—you'll lead our social media and digital advertising efforts, helping to grow our online presence and strengthen our brand across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Manage and create engaging content across our social network streams — Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Run and optimise Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Contribute creative ideas for new campaigns, product promotions, and seasonal events.
  • Engage with online communities and customers by responding to comments, messages, and posts that reflect our brand voice.
  • Build and nurture relationships with business partners, schools, and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update our CRM with accurate prospect and customer information.
  • Use analytics and insights to refine campaign performance and report on key metrics.
  • Collaborate with the team in weekly meetings to share updates, strategies, and results.
  • Assist with newsletters, email marketing, and promotional content creation.

About You
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—friendly, confident, and professional.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging digital content.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads, including reporting and optimisation.
  • Tech-savvy, with knowledge of tools like Canva, , Gmail, and LinkedIn (training provided).
  • Creative, organised, and proactive, with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
  • Prior marketing, sales, or communications experience is an advantage, but training will be provided for the right person.
