We are seeking a Barista who has a passion for Coffee This is a permanent position with long-term work provided. You'll have a great personality that is capable of engaging customers in a fast-paced environment on a daily basis. You will be using one of Australia's premier coffee blends "St Ali", and will also be working with high-tech coffee machinery To be successful in this role you will have: - A good understanding of coffee and a minimum of 6 month experience is required in coffee and taking customer orders. - Confident and excellent communication skills. - Excellent customer service with a "Can Do" attitude. - Bright, outgoing personality that thrives in a fast paced environment - Strong work ethics, motivation and team spirit - Impeccable presentation - Proven ability to work autonomously - An understanding of store cleanliness - Strong understanding of the importance of food safety and hygiene - Take on other general duties such as help serve our wonderful salads/sandwiches/wraps when not making coffee. **Job Type**: Permanent **Salary**: From $29.23 per hour **Benefits**: - Free drinks Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Midland, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Barista: 1 year (preferred) - Customer service: 1 year (preferred) - Food handling: 1 year (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred)
