The **Trade Services Specialist **establishes relationships, enhances brand awareness, and drives new business opportunities. Using strategic selling and problem-solving skills, they grow the Trade business and sales channels, emphasising mental flexibility, a "get to yes" mentality, and a positive "open to learn" attitude.

**Responsibilities**

**Results & Service**
- Collaborates with Business Sales Account Manager to drive new Trade account prospects and support quotes, Design Briefs, and Trade Orders.
- Acts as the main point of contact for stores on Trade matters, providing guidance and training to Store Associates.
- Manages Trade Members through the shopping process, handling follow-up requests.
- Maintains a systematic approach to lead management, actively pursuing opportunities and building relationships.
- Expands Trade Member base through industry awareness, event attendance, and proactive promotion of new products.
- Contributes significantly to achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual Trade sales goals.
- Focuses on exemplary customer service standards for both internal and external customers.

**Development of Self and Others**
- Support the Business Sales Account Manager in training and educating store teams on effective B2B selling and outreach best practices.
- Ensure adherence to consistent B2B processes across all brands and locations.
- Coordinate and support stores in planning in-store events.
- Take the initiative to develop a self-improvement plan for continuous professional development.

**Qualifications**
- Passion for furniture and interior design
- Previous experience in B2B sales and/or retail preferred
- Proficient in WSI Room Planner, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Sales and service experience with a successful track record
- Excellent project management, communication, and organisational skills
- Proficient in current operating and ordering systems

- Up to 20% travel required for store visits, client interactions, and trade shows
