- The People & Culture function plays a key role in the Synpulse’s growth story. We are looking for an exceptional
**People & Culture Business Partner** with the opportunity to help craft and drive the People & Culture strategy while being hands-on in supporting the end-to-end HR processes for the local office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a hands-on HR Business Partner role
- Cover the full spectrum of HR functions including Performance Management, Employee Relations, Expatriate Management,
- Succession Planning, Learning & Development, Reward & Benefits & Policy Review
- Lead and deliver culture/ organization reviews and re-design initiatives that future proof our organization and create high performing teams
- Build strong working relationships with internal clients & internal services departments and understand their departmental goals and requirements
- Employment Contract Drafting and Discussion when required
- Collaborate with other regions to drive improvement, constancy and change where possible
- Actively involved in the remuneration and performance review and promotion processes
- Keep abreast of employment legislation in the region and provide guidance to the senior managers
- Coach and develop the managers/team leaders in order to make them more effective in their roles
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration and assist the other members of the HR team as and when necessary
- Manage Leave Approval & carry forward process
- Ensure Data Accuracy of Payroll & approval
Answer general HR enquiries from employees & other administrative tasks whenever required

**About you**:
**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of WC Insurances and review (NSW and VIC) - high level only
- Generic knowledge of payroll, superannuation and term payment requirements (not necessarily computation but the elements to include / exclude).
- Knowledge of FWA minimum standards and the changes to Secure Jobs, Better Pay Act
- Key HR elements: Stakeholder management, coaching and communication skills (PIP experience also needed)
- Communication is one of your greatest strengths. You are clear, concise and compelling in your written and verbal communication
- Ability to drive and deliver projects to completion.
- Experience of leading and working across multidisciplinary teams across locations to achieve projects
- Experience of working in a partnership preferred
- You are resourceful, independent and comfortable multitasking
- You demonstrate high attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in your work
- You have good MS Excel and PowerPoint skills and are comfortable presenting and discussing with numerical and financial implications of your ideas and proposals
- Desire and ability to be to be hands-on while also strategic
- Ability to quickly foster strong working relationships and become a trusted advisor
