**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute clerical receptionist duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, typing, and faxing.
- Create and maintain confidential patient medical records.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Process payments through HICAPS and Medicare.
- Liaise with doctors, hospital staff, other health professionals, insurance companies, and suppliers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Support our physiotherapists and administration team with various administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of our clinic.

**We're Looking For**:

- Experience and knowledge in healthcare administration processes, including Private Health, Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, and Third Party processes.
- Self-motivated individuals with a proven work ethic.
- The ability to work flexibly, reliably, and effectively under pressure.
- Outstanding communication skills and a genuine appreciation for patient and referrer interactions.
