What You’ll Do:
- Establish connections through phone calls with potential clients.
- Provide insightful career counseling and advice.
- Develop personalized strategies and recommend resources to help individuals reach their goals.
- Foster a professional relationship with clients by maintaining a positive and encouraging demeanor.
What You’ll Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a related field. Or enrolled into one.
- Have an interest in career counseling.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and stay organized.
- Computer literate.
