Job Description:
">The Store Manager will lead and develop the frontline team, focusing on customer engagement, sales, profit, and growth. They will drive store performance through clear direction, customer focus, and operating standards.
">About the Role:
">- Drive store performance to achieve targets while controlling costs and losses
- Contribute to all aspects of the store, including serving customers and stacking shelves
- Manage and oversee the training and development of your team
- Order and maintain stock availability
- Ensure the health and safety of all Team Members and customers are met
- Manage the financial performance of the store
Requirements:
">- Demonstrated experience in Retail management and people leadership
- An advocate in delivering customer and service excellence
- Results-oriented with passion and energy to inspire your team
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
