About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and passionate individual to facilitate our volunteer program's smooth operation while supporting various administration aspects of our organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating groups of volunteers, overseeing volunteer management, program coordination, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate groups of volunteers, serve as the spokesperson for TreeProject, and convey the organisation's mission and values.
  • Organise group volunteer events, schedule volunteers, and ensure safe working practices.
  • Coordinate volunteer follow-up, track volunteer activities, and maintain accurate records.
  • Review volunteer EOIs, onboard, and allocate to appropriate assignments.
  • Provide administrative support to the TreeProject manager, maintain records, and provide accurate reporting.

About You:

  • You must have excellent communication skills, a passion for sustainability, and the ability to work effectively with volunteers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • You should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and have a positive can-do attitude.
  • You must be a team player, have strong organisational skills, and be able to work independently.
