Job Title: Senior Scrum Master - Agile Project Lead

Job Summary:
HiTech Group is seeking a seasoned Senior Scrum Master to lead our Cyber and Digital Identity projects. As a key member of our Agile team, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success and ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, set up, and facilitate agile events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Review and refine the product backlog, re-prioritizing and re-assessing task relevance, negotiating with product owners and stakeholders.
  • Coach newer Scrum Masters to build capability and lead a community of practice.
  • Shape processes and practices used by the team based on maturity and ensure adherence to agreed agile process rules.

Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Certified Scrum Master certification is highly desirable.
