Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the Home Assessing team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership and be able to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage the On-road Assessing Team and Desktop Assessing Team to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Act as key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Manager to procure selected supplier services, ensuring compliance and governance frameworks are met.
  • Lead team meetings, develop frameworks, and coach Direct Reports to achieve high engagement and technical strength.
  • Monitor and manage tactical supplier performance, ensuring agreed protocols are executed and required cost and service delivery outcomes are achieved.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive senior leadership experience, minimum 5 years.
  • Strong knowledge of the Home Assessing, Building Repair and Restoration environment.
  • Experience leading a team of professionals, operating effectively within a team with accountability for business results.
  • Strong commercial acumen, proven capability in developing and executing strategic programs.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
