Leadership Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business outcomes and leading a team of professionals in the Home Assessing department. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Leading and managing a team of assessors, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and developing solutions to address these issues.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and overcome challenges.
  • Evaluating performance and setting clear expectations to ensure targets are met.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to:

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track key performance indicators.
